Levi Neely d87a7f9941 Fix FREE_PIXMAP macro to use vtable instead of direct XFreePixmap 
Replace XFreePixmap(dpy, p) in the FREE_PIXMAP macro with
wm_backend->pixmap_free((unsigned long)p). This eliminates a
hidden dpy dependency from every file that uses FREE_PIXMAP.
