Phase 80p: clean X11 from balloon.c, dock.c
- balloon.c: wBalloonInitialize inlined into x11_balloon_init;
all rendering functions (drawBalloon, makePixmap, showText,
show_minipreview) removed — balloon_show vtable dispatches rendering.
WBalloon struct moved to balloon.h for backend access.
- dock.c: wClipIconPaint/wDrawerIconPaint replaced with vtable dispatch;
paintClipButtons removed; XGrabPointer -> pointer_grab;
XChangeActivePointerGrab -> pointer_change_cursor;
XCheckTypedEvent/XPutBackEvent -> event_check_enter_leave;
XMoveResizeWindow -> frame_configure; XFillRectangle -> window_fill_stipple
New vtable slots: balloon_show, window_fill_stipple, event_check_enter_leave.
Both files verified X11-free with nm.
