The plugin was restricted to application/octet-stream, so it never
loaded for directories (inode/directory). Now matches all types and
filters internally via actions().
Shows when right-clicking a directory. Dialog asks for title, tags,
signature, and extension (.org default). Creates the file with
correct denote filename and frontmatter.
fileitemaction uses completeSuffix() to preserve the full extension.
fileTypeFromExtension() recurses on compound extensions to detect
frontmatter support from the inner extension.

- fileitemaction/: "Rename with Denote..." Dolphin context menu
- Unit tests for metadata and frontmatter parsing
All tests passing, builds against KF6/Qt6.
