Levi Neely fbc9eee02b chore: remove reasoning, memory, edit-text skills 
All three are superseded by the ollie system prompt (prompts/03-07).
Keeping them risks contradicting system prompt rules.

Levi Neely 7da6494608 skills: add shell-file-editing 
Recipes for ed, sed, and ssam covering the common file editing
patterns. Intended to be loaded when modifying files via execute_code
now that file_read/file_write have been removed.
