Levi Neely 8c211e1a33 wayland: smoke test — verify scene_output creation in new_output handler ... Add check 4h-b: grep for "scene output created" to confirm that handle_backend_new_output found a valid wl_state.scene when it fired (the Phase 18 ordering fix).
