wayland: Phase 52b — guard wWindowSynthConfigureNotify frame titlebar access 

Add wwin->frame NULL check before accessing wwin->frame->titlebar in
wWindowSynthConfigureNotify so frameless Wayland windows do not
dereference a NULL frame pointer when a synthetic configure notify
is sent.
