From 54c1a3a1814d8f03cc8b83036dcfff7e14b56dfd Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Levi Neely Date: Sat, 28 Mar 2026 07:23:48 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] =?UTF-8?q?wayland:=20Phase=2054=20=E2=80=94=20virtual=20p?= =?UTF-8?q?ointer=20position=20tracking?= MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Add pointer_x/pointer_y fields to wl_compositor_state, initialised to screen centre (960,540) in wl_display_open. pointer_warp/warp_to now update the tracked position (clamped to output bounds); pointer_query and pointer_query_full return the tracked coordinates instead of hardcoded 0,0. Also fix the smoke test to ensure XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is set before launching wmaker (the fix from Phase 53 was already applied; this commits it permanently). Adds a Phase 54 check verifying the "virtual pointer initialised at" log line.
