gitignore: WINGs scanner-generated xdg-shell, drop stray +cmd
The previous commit accidentally swept in a personal scratch file (+cmd) and the auto-generated xdg-shell-protocol.c. Both are now ignored. Generated files come from $(WAYLAND_SCANNER) at build time.
