Levi Neely 8b55fc3895 fix 9P docs: s/new is r/w, fix ctl command list 
help.md: s/new was listed as (w) but reading returns a KV template.
9p submodule: ctl comment listed 'compact, clear, interrupt' but
actual commands are stop, kill, rn, compact, clear.
