- Update submodules: core (remove MCP, add tests), 9p (remove mcp file)
- Add doc/NO_MCP.md: justification for removing MCP

Levi Neely 3bc6785230 scripts,docs: batch status→state; use statewait in b/job and b/cleanup 
b/job now blocks on statewait instead of polling; b/cleanup reads state.
Update all documentation references. Bump 9p submodule.

Levi Neely 186f935cbb doc/IDEAS.md: polish predefined workflows; fix stale prompt reference 
Update send() to use statewait (eliminates busy-wait polling race on
submit). Fix stale prompts/08_subagents.md ref → prompts/tools-subagent.md.
Remove redundant offset explanation from prose.

Levi Neely 61fc50a702 prompts: rename p/ files; drop OLLIE_PLAN_PATH and pl/ references 
Rename prompt files to semantic names (no numerical prefix):
  00_base           => sys-base
  01_ollie          => sys-ollie
  02_skills         => sys-skills
  03_tool-files     => tools-file
  04_tool-reasoning => tools-reasoning
  05_tool-memory    => tools-memory
  07_tool-subagents => tools-subagent
  08_tool-elevate   => tools-elevate

Update agent configs and all documentation references. Remove
OLLIE_PLAN_PATH from env.sample and pl/ mention from OBSERVATIONS.md.

Levi Neely ec385d0d6e planning: remove plan_* tools and prompt entirely 
The markdown planning mechanism created competing signals against beads.
Removing it eliminates the conflict. Planning goes through beads (bd)
or whatever external mechanism is appropriate.

Levi Neely 89f340eca9 tools: change OLLIE_BEADS_ENABLE default to 1 (opt-out instead of opt-in) 
plan_* now blocks by default when bd and .beads are present.
Set OLLIE_BEADS_ENABLE=0 to use the markdown-based plan_* scripts instead.

Levi Neely 663e7f305a tools: enforce beads for planning when OLLIE_BEADS_ENABLE=1 and bd is present 
If both conditions hold, plan_* scripts exit 2 with an error directing
the model to use bd instead. When either condition is false (beads not
configured or bd not installed), the scripts run normally as a fallback.

Document OLLIE_BEADS_ENABLE in README and doc/help.md.

Levi Neely f984565082 scripts: add s/sh, s/job, s/q, s/sched, s/ls, s/kill to ollie filesystem 
Install scripts to ~/.config/ollie/scripts/ (not ~/bin/) so they are
served via the 9p mount without PATH changes. Add thin wrappers oq-q
(s/q, foreground one-shot) and oq-schedule (s/sched, background with
b/ path output). Switch osh and oq from OLLIE_9MOUNT to OLLIE.
Update mkfile, docs, and submodule pointer.

Levi Neely e9f10eeb92 add remote access via TCP: Containerfile, mount subcommand, docs 
- Containerfile: multi-stage podman build for running olliesrv as a
  remote server (port 9564, no FUSE needed on server side)
- olliesrv mount <address> [mountpoint]: mounts a remote olliesrv
  namespace locally via 9pfuse over TCP
- olliesrv start -tcp <addr>: adds TCP listener alongside Unix socket
- README: document remote access and container usage
- doc/IDEAS.md: remove Network & Remote Access (implemented)

offset points to chat position after the last user prompt;
tail -c +$((offset+1)) yields the model response for that turn.
Replace stale reply references in prompts, help, ideas, and skills.
Document offset usage in concurrent sessions pattern and shell script.

- 9p: memory defaults to ~/.config/ollie/memory, created on startup
- core sandbox: ~/.config/ollie and ~/mnt/ollie are RWX
