Update send() to use statewait (eliminates busy-wait polling race on
submit). Fix stale prompts/08_subagents.md ref → prompts/tools-subagent.md.
Remove redundant offset explanation from prose.

offset points to chat position after the last user prompt;
tail -c +$((offset+1)) yields the model response for that turn.
Replace stale reply references in prompts, help, ideas, and skills.
Document offset usage in concurrent sessions pattern and shell script.

Replace reply-based polling with chat offset pattern and named
sessions. Agents have no knowledge of each other; coordinator
script drives the workflow explicitly.

Update s/new syntax (no 'new' prefix), rm -r for kill, and correct
