Subject: [PATCH] scripts: enable readline in prompt REPL (read -e)

Supports C-a, C-e, C-u, C-k, M-b, M-f, arrow keys, etc.
Sent prompts and slash commands are added to readline history
so up-arrow recalls previous inputs.
