Subject: [PATCH] submodules: update core and 9p after session cleanup

Core gains State/Reply/AgentName/BackendName/ModelName on the Core
interface. 9p drops the shadowed fields and reads through Core directly.
Also fixes reply accumulating across queue-drained turns.
