Levi Neely f5ccaf13bd kate: start chat/state streams on session switch ... switchToSession() was loading the log but never starting the streaming processes. New output from the agent was never delivered. Now: stopStreams → load log → startChatStream + startStateStream.		2026-07-31 20:33:19 +02:00
