Levi Neely b591640b65 gui: refresh session list on ConfigChanged D-Bus signal 
Connect the new ConfigChanged signal from the session manager to trigger
refreshSessions() and fetchConfig(), so the sidebar updates immediately
when the user runs /agent to switch agents.
