Levi Neely 3aa751d8de gui: fix Process Manager scroll — use Flickable with contentHeight tracking 
ScrollView + TextArea approach did not auto-scroll. Replaced with
Flickable that tracks contentHeight changes and scrolls to bottom
when pinned.
