Subject: [PATCH] diagrams: move MouseArea outside Flickable to fix pan

Child MouseArea inside Flickable interferes with drag detection even
when only accepting RightButton. Move it to a sibling overlay with
propagateComposedEvents so left-drag reaches the Flickable natively.
