Subject: [PATCH] fix: use kpackagetool6 -g for system-wide plasmoid install

Without -g, kpackagetool installs to the running user HOME.
Since the Makefile runs as root, the package ended up in
/root/.local/share/ instead of /usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/.
