fix: use xdg-desktop-portal for folder dialog in plasmoid

plasmashell is QGuiApplication so QFileDialog (QtWidgets) cannot work.
Use org.freedesktop.portal.FileChooser.OpenFile via D-Bus instead.
Also fix StandardPaths ReferenceError in main.qml.
