Subject: [PATCH] fix scroll height and prose line breaks in rich output

- Loader delegate: set explicit height from item.implicitHeight so
  ListView can calculate correct contentHeight for scrolling
- Prose sub-blocks: escape HTML, convert newlines to <br> before
  linkifying paths (RichText ignores bare newlines)
