store: improve test coverage 58.6% -> 78.2% (51 -> 88 tests)
- SessionFileStore: content, readFile, writeFile, handleCtl, blockingRead, makePublish
- SessionStore: OpenStore, createSession error paths, Interrupt
- BatchJobStore: AppendLog, RunnableID, Interrupt, Cancel, write rejection
- SkillStore: open write path, entry Stat on non-existent
- Enhanced stubCore with recording and controllable WaitChange
