Levi Neely a2e01840b3 store: add s/{sid}/plan — session-scoped markdown task checklist 
Session.plan field and SessionFile handler for 9p endpoint s/{id}/plan.
Agents write markdown checklists here via task_add/task_check/task_clear;
peers and parent sessions can read it directly.
