backend: stream extended thinking / reasoning tokens
- Add StreamEvent.Reasoning for incremental thinking deltas
- Add GenerationParams.ThinkingBudget to enable Anthropic extended thinking
- Anthropic: parse thinking_delta events; set Anthropic-Beta header and
thinking request param when ThinkingBudget > 0
- OpenAI: parse delta.reasoning (o-series) and delta.reasoning_content
(OpenRouter) fields
- Loop: emit "reasoning" events wrapped in <think>/</think> markers
- FormatEvent: append reasoning content directly to the chat log
