ollie 88ca0c1842 agent: inject baseLayers (system prompt, operational model, env) into /agent reload path ... The operational model was only rendered for new sessions, not for restored sessions or /agent reloads. Store baseLayers on the agent struct and pass them through on rebuild. Also fix pre-existing test failures caused by DiscoverTools reading from the live OLLIE_TOOLS_PATH during tests.		2026-07-21 14:40:24 +02:00
