Levi Neely 8e2b8083bb execute_tool: replace 9P mount with filesystem read; drop 9fans dep ... ReadTool now reads from OLLIE_TOOLS_PATH (default ~/.local/share/ollie/tools) as a plain filesystem path, compatible with 9pfuse mounts or symlinks.
