Levi Neely 267f438e9e clean up OLLIE_* env vars: replace with XDG conventions 
- Remove all OLLIE_*_PATH vars (TOOLS_PATH, CFG_PATH, DATA_PATH, etc.)
  Use XDG_CONFIG_HOME/ollie/* and XDG_DATA_HOME/ollie/* instead
- Replace OLLIE_<TAG>_LOG per-component logging with single OLLIE_LOG={level}
- Remove Route()/RouteRequest/RouteResult (replaced by direct backend selection)
- Update sandbox config to use XDG paths instead of OLLIE_*_PATH tokens
- Update docs accordingly

Levi Neely c051a72ba4 shell: fix elevated detach + update docs 
- executeElevated: add 3-way select (frameCh/ctx.Done/detachCh) so manual
  detach works for elevated processes. Previously the default branch called
  readFrames synchronously with no way to receive the detach signal.

- README: replace execute_code references with shell, update tool description
  to match current single-command interface.

Levi Neely 85b0d7f6fa remove MCP support, add execute_code tests 
- Remove pkg/mcp/ (client, transport, JSON-RPC handshake)
- Remove mcpServer adapter and NewServer() from tools.go
- Remove MCPServers/ServerConfig from config
- Remove MCP server connection loop from BuildAgentEnv
- Remove ListServers() from Core interface and agentCore
- Remove /mcp command and help line
- Rename extractMCPResult -> extractToolResult
- Rename mcpToolsToBackend -> toolInfosToBackend
- Add execute_test.go: 28 tests covering detectLanguage, injectArgs,
  ansiCEscape, ValidateCode, allowed, ReadTool, Execute, Dispatch
  (pipeline, parallel, tool steps), limitedWriter, rate limiting,
  SetEnv, SetCWD (68.2% coverage from 0%)
- Add testdata/sandbox/default.yaml for real sandboxed test execution

Go API: WorkDir→CWD, SetWorkDir→SetCWD, WorkDirSetter→CWDSetter.
Unexported: workdir→cwd in fields, params, locals.
Docs: README.md updated.

  update auto-wiring section with priority order; rewrite graceful
  degradation section; add Queue-based fallback section covering
  queuePlanBackend, placeholder IDs, durability, and fan-out pattern
- ARCHITECTURE.md: update planning prose, data flow diagram, extension
  points, and BuildAgentEnv description to cover fallback priority
- README.md: update reasoning_plan bullet to mention queue fallback

Levi Neely a6cd415a34 integrations: use ollie mountpoint for skills; remove helper scripts 
Replace discover_skill.sh/load_skill.sh instructions with direct file
operations on the ollie 9P mount (sk/ directory). Add OLLIE_9MOUNT to
sandbox env lists and $HOME/mnt/ollie to anvilmcp sandbox rwx paths.

Levi Neely 4b9b03053f tools: remove file_read and file_write in favor of shell tools 
The line-range patching interface was fragile (models drift on line
numbers), and both tools were redundant with execute_code + standard
shell utilities (cat, grep, sed, ed, ssam). Drop the file server
entirely; update agent configs, system prompt, and documentation.

Levi Neely 8e2b8083bb execute_tool: replace 9P mount with filesystem read; drop 9fans dep 
ReadTool now reads from OLLIE_TOOLS_PATH (default ~/.local/share/ollie/tools)
as a plain filesystem path, compatible with 9pfuse mounts or symlinks.
ToolsPath() is exported and used to expand tool descriptions and the
system prompt template at runtime.
