Subject: [PATCH] execute: skip sandbox config loading when Yolo is set

Previously loadSandboxConfig was called unconditionally, causing
failures on hosts without ~/.config/ollie/sandbox/ even when yolo
mode was enabled. Move the load inside the !Yolo branch.
