s/new routes to BatchStore (one-and-done lifecycle) when the write
contains a \n---\n separator, and to SessionStore (multi-turn) otherwise.
Document both dirspecs separately: batch jobs have spec/state/statewait/
result/usage/ctxsz/log; interactive sessions have the full file set.
Also add missing params file to session dirspec.

Add PluginStore backed by scripts/x/, exposed read-only at x/ in the
9P filesystem. Remove elevator field and elevation.Detect(); update
execute.Decl() call sites to drop the now-removed elevator parameter.

ctl now validates the first word of input against a closed set of
known commands. Unrecognized input returns an error instead of being
silently forwarded as a prompt to the agent.

Plain file operations on $OLLIE_9MOUNT/sk/ replace these. Remove the

Replaces the r/w prompt.fifo with two separate endpoints: enqueue
(write-only, queues a prompt) and dequeue (read-only, pops the next
queued prompt). Also fixes a bug where cat's trailing EOF read at
non-zero offset would silently consume and discard the next queued item.
