docs: update README for s/b/ unification and new filesystem entries 

Remove b/ directory (merged into s/ after namespace unification).
Add job/q/sched/cleanup scripts under s/, document tr/ and tmp/
endpoints, fix t/idx entry, update backing stores table, and correct
olliesrv mount subcommand signature.
