Subject: [PATCH] Fix .kateproject generation: per-repo, not workspace-level

Kate project plugin needs .kateproject in each repo subdir for project
switching to work. A workspace-level .kateproject makes Kate treat the
whole workspace as one project, breaking repo switching.
