Levi Neely 060dbef65a Make bot prompt send_message instruction dynamic and compact ... Replace hardcoded PROMPT_RESPONSE/subject/to values with dynamic placeholders so bots derive the correct response type, recipient, and subject from message context. Also restructure prompt assembly order so the task instruction appears before the send_message instruction (context → prompt → outInstruction).
