Levi Neely e1489a39fb fix: handle null sessions case in anvilwebgw 
Initialize sessions slice as empty array instead of nil to ensure
JSON encoding returns [] instead of null when no sessions exist.
This prevents JavaScript iteration errors in the web frontend.
