Levi Neely 67fbc83efd Simplify state hooks to use AGENT_ID env var 
- Replace complex PID-based lookup with AGENT_ID env var
- Much more reliable and cleaner approach
- AGENT_ID is exported by tmux and shell environment

Levi Neely 0b1659e9fc Add Kiro CLI MCP server configuration 
- MCP server config for anvilmcp (read_inbox, send_message, list_sessions, set_state)
- Install script that merges config into ~/.kiro/settings/cli.json
- README documenting installation and requirements
- Follows same pattern as Claude hooks installation
