Subject: [PATCH] Add fire-and-forget prompting, remove auto-refresh

- B2 on session ID in main window sends selected text as prompt
- Remove periodic refresh (use Get manually to avoid cursor warping)
- Remove fire-and-forget idea from IDEAS.md (implemented)
