Remove redundant worker bead protocol from Conductor template
The protocol is now canonically defined in skills/beads/SKILL.md, which all agents load. No need to inject it verbatim into worker contexts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

- Instructions to send clarification requests to you when blocked

- Example: "When done, send PROMPT_RESPONSE to $CONDUCTOR_ID. If you need clarification, send QUERY_REQUEST to $CONDUCTOR_ID."

Worker bead protocol (include verbatim in every worker context):
1. Claim YOUR assigned child bead: echo "claim <child-bead-id> \$AGENT_ID" | 9p write agent/beads/ctl
2. Check for grandchildren: 9p read agent/beads/children/<child-bead-id> | jq .
3. If grandchildren exist: claim, work on, and complete each one before proceeding
4. Verify all children closed: 9p read agent/beads/children/<child-bead-id> | jq 'all(.status == "closed")'
5. Only then complete YOUR bead: echo "complete <child-bead-id>" | 9p write agent/beads/ctl

6. Send PROMPT_RESPONSE to $CONDUCTOR_ID

Message routing:
- When a bot needs clarification, forward the query to the user with type QUERY_REQUEST
- When the user responds, relay the answer back to the bot
