Fix content contradictions

- Fix mailbox filesystem: add outbox, completed, mail (was missing)
- Clarify 'Archive' command maps to 'completed' directory
- Fix mailbox example: use 'completed' not 'archive'
- Remove non-existent 'Log' command from Acme tag and table
- Add missing 'Get' command to Acme table
- Fix backends description: sandboxed with network (not 'full permissions')
- Reorder Acme commands table for clarity
